Personal Data Collection
In most instances, you can visit http://livebig.community, https://livebig.mykajabi.com/ (the “Websites”) without providing any personal data. However, on some pages, we may ask you for personal data to provide services or carry out a transaction requested by you. The personal data we collect may include:
Contact details, such as your name, title, company/organization name, email address, telephone numbers, physical address, and social media handles;
Information about your organization and job position;
Your preferences for email marketing;
Workshop or events registration information

You may opt-out of any future contacts from us at any time. Live Big Community occasionally sends informational emails about its products and services, including promotions. If you do not opt-out then your acceptance of this Agreement will constitute your affirmative consent to receiving marketing and promotional material from Live Big Community.
Please note that if you opt out of emails from our Websites, then you may no longer receive notifications and communications important to your products, such as the Live Big Curriculum and Guides Program.
Data Retention
We will retain your personal data for us as long as you maintain an account, relationship, or as otherwise necessary to provide you with Services. We will also retain your personal data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
